Returns are easy. If you don't like the glass piece you ordered you can return it for a full refund. That's it.
You will be responsible to pay for shipping the piece(s) back to me with insurance for the full amount paid. If the piece is returned broken or damaged in any way I will not be able to refund any money, and it will be your responsibility to file with the shipping company. I will of course work with you (photos, receipt, letter, etc.) to ensure all money is returned to you.
If the piece arrives to you broken, you will need to contact me so I can open a claim ticket with UPS. Please keep all packaging material if the piece is broken.
